If you are kind, help the poor, do social work, and possess humanity; you'll be rewarded irrespective of your beliefs.
No need to worship at a given specific time. You can do it, any time as per your wish purely.
You don't need to worship by using a loudspeaker, If you are praying with a true heart, it's enough. God will be near you. God is within you.
